Calling all K-5th graders:
Join us in preparing music to share with our community!
Music Time is excited to collaborate with Huron Valley MLK Day! We’re preparing a children’s choir to sing at their MLK celebration on January 17, 2027 AND this year we’ll prepare some songs to perform at the Downtown Milford Holiday Open House on December 5.
This is an opportunity to come together and make music that will enhance community experiences. All are welcome!
Attendance at rehearsals will make sure we’re prepared to perform in December and January, but don’t hesitate to join if you can’t make every single rehearsal time. Sheet music and practice recordings will be made available, if kids would like to practice at home. There will also be opportunities for students to sing solo.
Rehearsals will take place at Music Time of Milford (400 N. Main Street, Milford, MI 48381) on the Monday evenings listed below, from 5:00-5:45pm. Performances are on Saturday, December 5 (time TBD) on Milford’s Main Street, and on the morning of Sunday, January 17.
Huron Valley MLK Day will lead a march on Main Street and end with a celebration at The Warehouse at River’s Edge.
